Immaculate Restoration and Immaculate Restoration provide 24/7 priority emergency disaster recovery and specialty home cleaning services, including water extraction, mold remediation, fire & smoke restoration, sewage cleanup, biohazard decontamination, storm repair, carpet, tile, grout, upholstery, air duct, dryer vent, and artificial turf care in the Las Vegas metro area.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Booking

All online quotes or estimates provided through our tools are preliminary based on customer inputs. Exact pricing is finalized on-site before any work begins to ensure perfect transparency. Emergency 24/7 call-outs are dispatched immediately with priority equipment fleets.

4. Insurance Claims Support

For customers utilizing our Direct Insurance Billing services, we assist with Xactimate documentation, thermal moisture mapping, and direct adjuster billing. However, the property owner remains responsible for ensuring their policy's standard deductible is satisfied and that their specific policy covers the filed loss.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure our crew can deliver immaculate results, customers must ensure that areas designated for restoration or cleaning are accessible. Water and power sources must be accessible at the property unless emergency generator support is specified.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information (such as through a quote, emergency dispatch, or booking form), you expressly consent to receive communications from Immaculate Restoration and Immaculate Restoration.
